Got a courtesy car from Europcar from Kramervill for 30 days ***. I received the best customer service with pick up, the ladies made me feel welcome, calmed my nerves and it was so quick and easy(Sorry ladies, I can't remember your names) I never had any issues with the vehicle provided. Returning the vehicle was so quick, the lady was friendly even though it was a Sunday. Deposit: Returned the vehicle on Sunday, got my tax invoice the next Tuesday en received my deposit back on the Friday. Thank you Europcar Kramervill for the excellent service and the exceptional staff!!
