Europecar rasistic operator

After being in an accident 05hh50, my insurance company allocated Europecar to sent me a curtesy car. A call at 09h00 after 4h at Villiers on the N3 the operator ask me how to spell Villiers. When I ask to talk to a white person that could speek afrikaans I was labled immediately and very aggressively to be a ******. I will cancel all future bookings through Europe car. Dr JF Benson
