Europecar Port Elizabeth

I rent vehicles for business on a regular basis. Almost five weeks ago I rented a vehicle at the Port Elizabeth depot. When traveling I always carry a small kit bag with my "survival"tools. Utility knives to a set of binoculars that I always keep under my private vehicles'seat. Two weeks ago whilst watching the Boks vs Kiwi game I wanted ti impress my friends with my assorted ****nal of tools and the space under the Caddy seat was empty. I counted my loss and moved on. Today I went to the depot and rented a car and I remembered my lost kit bag. I asked the manager Wayne if they didn't perhaps recovered it. He went into a tidy register of lost and found items and to my astonishment pulled my bag, not missing one item, from a cupboard. Now that's what I call service by people with integrity. Like all companies this car rental company is built on professionalism,efficiency and trust in their people, The latter of course the most important building block to any successful operation.
