EuropeCar OR Tambo

As a client of Santam with Car Hire on my policy, I have been devastated when my car was ******, witj my wallet and phone inside. When I arrived at EuropeCar to collect my rental as per my premium that I pay for on my policy, Bradley didn't want to assist me without my drivers license. I explained 100 times, my wallet was ******, my insurance wouldn't insure my car if I didn't have a valid license.. on a Saturday afternoon late after all the drama and loss, not even a single suggestion of sympathy or support. My broker had to call Santam to send paperwork to accept liability for the car, as I will he driving for 2 days before I can go through the painful process of getting a temporary license. This is seriously shocking from two top companies that should work together in order to give best possible service to their clients!
