Europecar false acusations and withholding deposits

So rented a car from Tempest to find out that Europecar had procured Tempest at kingshaka Airport in durban. Upon collecting the car a few scratches was noted which was not on their pre inspection report. Individual that assisted with the inspection never checked the interior at all with me. 2 days later I noticed a burn mark on the seat which was previously repaired and a broken boot cover. Dropped the car off after my rental of 4 days and again no inspection done correctly from their advisers. 2 days after dropping the vehicle I received a call about a cigarette burn on the driver's seat. I am now accused of burning the seat dur to the fact that a empty packet of cigarettes was found in the vehicle. Deposit is now with held as they want to charge me for the damage. The previous 2 rental checks was sent to me as proof that they had not found any deficincies on the previous rentals. Last rental was a few days before me and the one before that was 10000km before. None of the interior damaged parts was ever noted on any of their reports. Due to the fact that they found an empty cigarette packet in the vehicle I am now being accused of the burn hole which looks like it was repaired. I have taken steps to report this to the consumer commission. I will never ever rent from this company again.
