Europcar - What a **** Show

Car was towed away on the night of the 27th of June 2018

For reasons only known to you, you kept the account open indefinitely, only after the Wednesday of the 30th of June 2018 when one had to throw his toys out the cot, and trash the cot too - cause when it comes to Europe car, one can't get anyone to listen unless willing to cause a scene in front of other clients coming to rent!

7 days later there has been no invoice, refund on deposit, no phone call, no contact, no email, absolutely nothing.

It boggles the mind really how Europcar still has an operating license, anywhere in the world mind you, cause you're not just pathetic in South Africa - you're an absolute horror show in Europe, you should have been stripped away of your license to operate over a decade ago.

Where are you keeping our money in the meantime? Are you waiting for other people to rent, so you'll have enough liquid to pay us back? Are you even fami**** with the NCA or the NCC?

This post might not even get attention again unless one is willing to picket outside Europcar and tell his story to any client walking in willing to listen.
