EUROPCAR TRYING TO **** ME

I'm so upset with this company.. I hired a car with them and when I called to get my deposit back I was told the car had a cracked wheel cap... to my understanding we inspected the car with two employees and a security guard which we all saw that the car was in perfect order. Now they are trying to **** me R3000 plus my deposit for something that never happened? So low of then... I never heard of a plastic wheel cap of more than R5000... plus it was never cracked... I escalated with then but they keep sending me emails that I must pay
