EUROPCAR TOOK FUNDS OFF MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!!

I got a traffic fine whilst driving one of Europcar's hire vehicles. The fine was issued in July, but Europcar only sent me the fine a few days ago. In addition, Europcar have deducted an amount of R310.00 off my credit card without my consent for their so-called admin fee. In my mind, this constitutes ***** and theft. Europcar sent me their Terms and Conditions however, they have not sent me any document where I signed accepting their Terms and Conditions. I will NEVER do business with Europcar again and will advise all my friends family members and work colleagues not to do business with Europcar
