Europcar - Third Party - Take Responsibility

I had a car accident involving a Europcar and they denied contributing anything towards my vechile even though the person driving thier car was at fault due to jumping the traffic lights. I was told to claim from the driver that drive thier car which resides in England. My car is a write off and Europcar has taken absolutely no responsibility. My review is to make everyone aware that Europcar is not a very honest company as the average person will probably experience the same difficulty. I spent money on getting quotes as per thier request to eventually be told that they will not contribute anything towards my damages.
