Europcar Sucks.
I've just spent 2 hours at a roadblock in the rain for driving a vehicle with a license disc. Thank you Europcar. I've flown in Joburg for a few hours to attend to some work. Now I got to drive around for half the day tomorrow praying that I don't get stopped by cops.
