Europcar sucks!!!

Europcar do what they want, don’t repond to customer queries, don’t respond to e-mails, refuse to discuss/explain invoices, give proof of theor so called expenses, they just dont care about customer views. Please think twice before doing business with Europcar I will definitely not do business with them again
