Europcar Suck
Ordered a specific vehicle 5 weeks in advance . At delivery you deliver me a different vehicle and tell me that the one I reserved 5 weeks prior was not available. Not the 1st time you have done exactly the same thing to me I am a Presidents Club member and have used you for more than 20 years - no longer!
