Europcar *****sters in addition of being utterly useless

Can you believe that I was the party who was driven into, deposit not repaid due to pending insurance, almost two years later handed over to debt collections because Europcar collections first state they can’t get hold of the guilty party, then changed their mind when I phoned the party who said no one contacted them. No Europcar says the party is a pensioner and they can’t get the money, that they have already been paid to by their insurance, from the pensioner so they are not paying me back my deposit but I must pay the debit collectors the outstanding amount before they take further action. I have never heard of such utter uselessness, laziness and utter lack of common decency and logic…
