EUROPCAR !!SHOCKING Process

Rented a vehicle from the PE Branch. Had to fork out R 13,000 as deposit. Took all the relevant insurance cover for damages. Car had minor damage and have been advised it could take up to 30 days for a refund, however the agent did not consider the damage cover. To date I have still not received a refund. Its absolutely shocking considering the fact we paid all the damage cover upfront. Would absolutely not recommend this company, firstly due to the unreasonable deposit amounts (R 13k for an entry level Kia picanto) and secondly for taking so long to process the refund when the necessary cover was in place.
