Worst car hire company most people are complaining about it and now I see the reason for their complaints. My husband got a car from then and they gave him the car with Dent on the left and it wasn't marked on their assessment form when we return the car they sent us a bill of R5200 and no one can explain to us what is happening. We will never ever use them

24 Aug 2021, 15:46Europcar it is now August I am still waiting for that call instead I am getting sms and bank details that we should pay R4000 we are not going to pay for something we did not do your *********** staff did not do their work now we are blamed for it. I went back to the branch lanseria and no one can help instead they are giving me numbers to call but when we got a car we didn't call.
