Got hit by another driver who admitted fault. presented all documentation to Europcar. They still keep deposit for over a month and do pay the interest back to you. Charge you the admin and assessment fee - R1789,00 which they do not refund. Think they also do the same to person paying the claim but do not pass on the money. Add a load of excess charges when you arrive to get the car so don't think the price you pay when you book it is the actual price!
