Europcar Rental Woes

in May 2023 our car went to the panelbeaters and we had to rent a vehicle from Europcar,

we got a fine which we payed on the 1st of June 2023 and sent the proof of payment to Europcar,

They have been phoning me every single month to date and I have been sending them the proof of payment every single month to date - in fact they just phoned again and I have just sent them the proof of payment again.

I wish somebody at Europcar could catch a wake up for a few seconds and stop this display of idiocracy and incompetency.
