europcar poor customer service and ****

Helli peter , I've hired europcar for a weekend ...then return it back it was assessed and good ..now am struggling to get my deposit back ..return date was : 30 last month till today i haven't get my deposit back ....i started to calk them after 6days they said next two days evening !! Why evening ? Called again they keep on telling me after 2x days evening ....help help
