Europcar overcharges, beware!
I was down in Durban for business two weeks ago and rented a car from Europcar. When I returned the car, I filled the petrol tank at a nearby garage. When I received my final bill from Europcar, they charged me R200 for fuel and R15 for a fuel surcharge. I don't know what kind of **** they are running, but I complained and no one has followed up with me. If you are renting a car, I wouldn't rent from Europcar. They are dishonest.
