Europcar organized *******

This is the second time these guys are deducting undue amounts from my *** deposit. I made sure to return the car with full tank from the gas station next to the drop point. I even left them the receipt. They still managed to deduct money from my deposit. The explanation I got when I called them is that they had to top up the petrol. This is *******. Imagine doing this to thousand of people.
