Europcar - no release on Credit Card Deposit hold

Refer your email dated 11 Dec and instruction to immediately cancel the hold on the Deposit on my Credit Card.

The hold is still active om my Card: Kkaart Eugene : *** R 11,620.00 Onverreken 17 Des’25

I am really disappointed in this very poor service from a reliable company. You keep a Deposit for almost a month! No other car rental company in SA does this.
