Europcar, no ethics

This company is quick enough to take money from you no questions asked for deposit but trying to get deposit back seems impossible. Filll of excuses, while my money gains you interest.. The longer it sits the more money you get. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. And if I didn't enquire about the refund how much longer will it have taken. Stay away from the rental company. Worst ever!!!!
