Having a vehicle booking the previous week already, on collection the follow points to be highlighted, 15 October 2018 arrival 10h00

Waited 20min for assistance

The phones keep on ringing with little or no attention, either understaffed or no manager in charge

Phones on the reception desk ringing with an ear deafening volume less than a meter away from customers

10h35, no vehicle ready after completing documentation

Vehicle inspection assistant asking me information about the car hire service, is your vehicle still in the wash bay? Where is your vehicle key?

Then left waiting with no explanation.......20min later, still waiting, standing outside

After inspection, I had to redo the inspection myself as multiple scratches were not indicated

Eventually after thinking I'm done, the vehicle does not want to start, battery flat

After 15 minutes waiting for another vehicle I just canceled my service

Two other gentlemen also waiting with me still waiting without any assistance

Its now 11h56

I'm getting Uber to take me back to fetch my own vehicle again from Auto Magic Gezina (my vehicle booked for repairs)
