I left my keys at Europcar by mistake after dropping off my car. They called me to say I left my keys but when I arrived they removed my key holder which is of sentimental value. This is very disrespectful what was the reason for removing it? I want answers and I want it back

I have not been contacted. I spoke to Zama who said he will go speak to the guy that found the keys and get back to me in 30min. That was 4hrs ago
