Europcar left 4 young ladies stranded at 9pm

We hired a car from Europcar at the airport. We drove the car to our bnb, then to the v&a waterfront. We drove about 40km in the car...the stopped going into gear as we were going up a hill. The car refused to move and we were stuck, 4 girl in the edge of a cliff. We called and they weren't answering then when they finally did answer they told us they will send assistance. When 30 minutes had gone by we called back and there was no answer on any of their phones. When they finally answered they were of no help to us nor did they have any concern for our safety. They even asked us what they should do. As I'm writing this it's been 2 and a half hours and they are still not here. We are a km for our bnb and we out of concern for their aasset don't want to abandon their car here and go to a safer place. Europcar should be legally prosecuted for such unacceptable behavior.
