Europcar just want your money

One year ago i settled my account and everything was fine. Now Europcar handed me over because i didn't pay my account and i called them today asking for the recordings of my calls so that i can know if i remember correctly and to give it to the lawyer. They were so rude and said that they cant give it to me. And they constantly said they o just need to pay my bill. Didnt even listen to me to help at all. Europcar just want your money.
