Europcar Italy - terrible!

Terrible! PRE booked a car in Catania through easy jet and when we arrived at the airport we only had a prepaid credit card for which they cancelled our entire booking. No manager to help and very unhelpful person at desk. Took no time to help and dismissed us. Never had such bad customer service and car rental experience!
