Europcar is their Employee’s stockvel. They do as they please, no recourse!!

No review was handled. They **** and said they sent me an email, but none. Just defended their *********** arrogant employees as always. I still believe Europcar is a ****!!! I returned a vehicle, they checked and said everything is fine. Their employee damaged a vehicle while washing it, the following day they called me to say I damaged the vehicle. They took my deposit. I wrote emails, called them, and wrote a review, no recourse. It is a complete stockvel for its employees, and no recourse for any complaints.
