Europcar is the worst company to hire a car from

I hired a car from Europcar for two weeks. I paid a deposit of R1400 to get the car which I was told would be refunded as long as I brought the car back in a clean condition and with a full tank. I returned the car in a good condition after the two weeks and I was told that everything is fine with the car. One day after returning the car I was called by a Europcar employee accusing me of spray painting the car. I went to check for myself whether the car looked like it was spray painted in that area and it did look spray painted but it wasn't me. I requested that they produce the tracker information since I knew I had not spray painted the car. The tracker information showed that I did not take the car to any panel beaters and they called me to say that I will get my full deposit back since I didn't spray paint the car. Europcar is a big company but they are very petty and you should never hire a car from there. They know that you will miss certain things when inspecting the car before taking it, so when you bring it back they will blame you for damage that was done to the car by a client who hired the car before you. I hope this will assist the few of you who will read this and that you will go and hire a car somewhere else and not at Europcar. They are a ****ty company.
