Europcar is terrible

Europcar called me and stated that my rental was extended by my insurance company and that I needed to pay another deposit. I told them okay, and before I could say anything further, they ended the call. then tried debiting my credit card several times, even though I did not actually give them permission. I then told them I would visit their store and pay the deposit. When I got to the store it was closed, they then sent me an email making the mist horrible accusations. My insurer paid over 2 months to them, and they were happy to take the money, then have the nerve to directly insult me Saying that I told them they can take the money, when I ask for a recording they ignore me now,

Stay away from them, if this is how they treat their big customers clients, imagine how they will treat you when you go to them privately,.
