On the 24th of December I wrote on hello Peter complaining about Europcar’s service and faulty cars they wrote back here publicly and promised that a representative will be in contact,till this day no one has ever contacted me if I call them they put me on hold for hours,they sent me an email telling me that I need to pay Basically bullying me to pay them,their staff members have bo regard for their customers they make you feel asif they are doing you a favour by even speaking to you they are so rude,
Europcar is a **** they use old cars that have the mileages rigged to have you think they are new,had a very bad experience I will never reccomend them to anyone
The rental was R9500 but today they want to charge me an extra R15000 they claim for KM that I never traveled

When I was there a white male came complaining also about the car he rented,the guy who was helping me left me standing there to go help him and they promised him to reimburse his KM and petrol used hustle free he than came back to me and said I will pay for petrol and KM!what BS is that?
