Europ Car tried to pass on existing damages on a vehicle to me and when I called to speak to the manager, she was condescending, rude and treated me like an idiot. Bumping a front number pate somehow resulted in Windscreen damage, Aircon, Radiator as well as Parcel tray. I'm no idiot, but I refuse to be taken advantage of.
