DON'T RENT EUROPCAR VEHICLES. I recently rented a car from Europcar and I paid the deposit of R7 685.86. After my trip (which was on the 14th September 2019), I returned the car and I was now waiting for my deposit. Ten days after waiting for my deposit, EUROPCAR TOOK R5 000.00 FROM MY ACCOUNT instead of returning my money. This is broad daylight *****, I don't understand how one can take someone else's money without their consent.
