Europcar is a **** !!!!

Europcar is a scan , I returned their car on Monday the 10th and today I have been waiting for them to pay me the deposit back into my account only to get an sms notification from the bank saying that R2034 has been deducted from my credit card without my authorization , I called europcar stellenbosch because that’s where I returned the car , the agent said that I’m their system it shows that they have deducted the above amount but has no idea why It was deducted ! This is ***** and I’m going to open a case because you have no right of taking money from people account without their approval . I want my money back . Our service has been poor from onset !! Worst experience ever
