Europcar is a ****

I booked a car from Europcar port elizabeth on the 19th of December 2023 and brought car back on 1st January 2024. When I brought car back it was on full tank and I even took a photo of it but to my surprise I was charged R500and some odds for petrol and I don't understand how and why because the car was on full tank.

I'm so ****ed and I would never again book a car with them. These people are *****sters, I'm so ****ed. I want my money back
