Europcar hire

This morning I had a car booked at euro car in Cape Town airport for 9am and I arrived and the car I was given was in a bad state then I when back to the lady at the desk that help me and she had the most horrible attitude because I was not happy with my car and yet the 2nd time after my replacement car I was told to go in the parking to go find it myself. 2nd issue was that it my 4 time deal with euro car in different areas and this was the worse be I had to do my own car inspection.
