Europcar has absolutely the worst customer service

I have been asking constantly, daily, for Europcar to contact me. This has been going on for a week. I get told it has been escalated, but I have yet to have my query addressed. I am sick and tired of begging them to provide some kind of customer support. It's pathetic, to be honest.
