Europcar George making a laughing stock out of our sick 11month old

When returning the car we hired for our vacation to Europcar at George airport, we tried to explain that we received 3 fines during our stay due to us having to rush our 11month old son to the emergency room late at night, from Sedgefield to George, but was rudely interrupted by a loud laugh from the heavily set lady with short brown hair we were speaking to. We really don't think that getting fines due to our son's life being in danger is a joke. This lady who wasn't wearing a name tag was bluntly rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional.
