Europcar from HELL

Europcar - Car Rental from HELL. Vehicle was rented as mine was in for repairs. Invoice produced and payment made via EFT and proof of payment sent. Somehow FikileMngomezulu and Anela Nonjinji in the Collections department are completely incapble of performing a bank recon and allocate the funds. My mobile device has been disable due to tons on sms and email reminders to pay not to mention the continued stream of invoices and "please phone us messges"flloding my phone. They have redefined *********** and bad service delivery delivery. Seems that legal restraint is now required.
