Europcar

I had a rental option from King Price insurance and used Europcar from the 21/04/2020 to 05/06/2020. I was requested to pay a deposit of R1670 cash refundable apon returning the vehicle fully fueled and no damages which I did. They did not disclose that I would have to wait seven working days for the money to be returned into my account. Very unprofessional and dishonest.
