Europcar do not use them. Avis is better and customer service is their 1st priority. Tride and tested.

So 14 days in on my last post on this wonderful company. I get told that 14 to 21 days for a 1.5 mm windscreen chip. This is a reply I get even 7 days in and 14 days in.

I also get told that I need to speak to the claims department. What ? Customer service can not make a internal call a supply feedback?

No worries about retaining customers. No worries about after service. Selling insurance to customes that this company knows does not add value.

This chip could have been fixed by PG by me for less time and headaches I am experiencing now.

Yesterday even got a mail saying 14 to 21 days. Today is 14 days. They are so unclear about their feedback that it seems they are resetting the clock with each reply.

Meaning that each mail they start at day 1 again. Really 1.5 mm chip. LOL you are really in need of serious training. Your company policy and inter departmental infighting is sleeping out of the holes of no caring and not my job attitude.
