Europcar Dishonesty

I hired a car with Europcar in December 2018 - biggest regret of my life.

To date, I have not received any invoice from them or the money that I was supposed to get back. Instead they keep deducting money from my credit card without even notifying me.

I have tried calling the OR Tambo branch (which is where I hired the car) to no avail.

Clearly they lie to us when they show the price of the car as they don't return our money and the only reason they want our credit card details is to keep *****ing our hard earned money.
