EUROPCAR - DEPOSIT NOT RETURNED

Rented vehicle in Dec 2024 with the promise that the deposit of R28000 will be returned within 14 days after returning the vehicle. No damage to vehicle and returned in good condition, which was done. Now nearly 4 weeks later, the deposit is still not returned. Phoning every day and have to speak to somebody else every time --- their staff don't even know why the deposit was not returned. This sounds very strange and I will not recommend you using them if you have a deposit to be returned.
