Europcar customer service is lacking

I had a bad experience with Europcar, where they provided us with a car that I judged unsafe for use (so clearly not tested from previous use). They were unable to provide us with an alternative car on time when we had to leave the broken car and travel to a function that we had. I wrote a review about this on Hello Peter and they committed to have a customer care representative contact me. It has been more than two months, and no one has contacted me...
