Europcar cheats

Europcar hire is the worst car rental around. Firstly they try to cheat you by charging refuel cost when the tank has been full on return. Fortunately we had the receipt from the fuel station. Secondly we hired a car in ct and returned the car 10 min later then specified due to traffic. They charged us a complete days rental for 10 min. Its absurd. When we spoke to the company they didn't wanna give any consideration. For the above reasons I would advice all not to use europcar
