Europcar car blooper

Booked and paid for a Polo Vivo. Got to the info desk and paid the deposit. I was handed a Toyota key. I asked where is the VW polo keys and was informed that I got a nice Toyota SUV instead. When I got to the car lot it was a Toyota Rumion...a 6-seater mini van. The key/immobilisor did not work, the Digital display did not work, the charger-port did not work, the speed-control did not work. We had to leave our luggage on the bag seats, open for ******* to see. Getting a completely different car as previously booked is bad enough, but when there are faults in the car as well then its a big problem. 1st time using Europcar and disappointing experience.
