Europcar Cape Town International Airport -the absolute Ghetto!!

Hired a car last weekend for my daughter’s 12th birthday! Bought her a lovely gift and she mistakenly left her bag in the car we hired when we returned the rental car! While we were checking into the flight we realised that the bag was left behind. I thought to myself not to worry, we will get the belongings back via courier as I have hired cars before and that was what I thought was the modus operandi. To my disappointment the bag has dissappered into thin air! The car hadn’t even been hired out by someone else yet. Please whatever you do, don’t use Europ car! It belongs to the bottom. its the absolute ghetto!!! I called so many times. Had been promised a call back, No one called! Disgusted.
