Europcar Bloemfontein Downtown – Hostility and Rudeness

What should have been a simple and respectful inquiry turned into one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I politely asked about the possibility of changing cars—not demanded, just asked—and was met with hostility and aggression. The branch manager, Delene Maarteens, spoke with a condescending tone, yelled at me without any explanation, and created a deeply uncomfortable environment. Her behavior was completely unwarranted and unprofessional. I left feeling disrespected and thoroughly disappointed. Resorted to seeking help from the Junior staff staff who were much more helpful and respectful.
