Europcar - biggest *******s

Europcar charged me for a slow punctured tyre that I didn't cause. They only reported this 4 days after I dropped the car and couldn't prove that I caused it.

To avoid being credit lasted I decided to pay and made it cleat to them that it's the only reason I'm paying.

I made payment arrangements with Berenice Aspeling. After all the payment was made I requested proof of settlement. She asked me to provide dates when payments were made, I obliged.

Proof of settlement was not provided a month later and I followed up. I was then asked to provide amounts. This is the same Berenice that: 1. I made payment arrangements with! 2. First requested dates only!

I decided to just leave it but it was a mistake as the ****s at Europcar decided to send me to debt collectors! I forwarded all the proof of payment to the debt collectors but no response from them to confirm that they have received the proof and that it's suffucient. Shame on you Europcar! I will never rent from you ever again!
