Europcar bad/no service!!!

I booked a vehicle for pick up at OR Tambo. Took the early flight out of Cape Town. No vehicle available at 09:00 as confirmed by Europcar. They offered a large vehicle, but then you have to pay the extra costs because of their poor management. Not happy at all. Still have to drive 3 hours to my destination and still waiting. 25 min... And counting.
